Check-in Instructions
• Standard Check-In time starts from 3:00pm, but Front desk is open 24 hours.
• If you know you will be late, please let front office know.
• If you wish to arrive earlier than 3:00pm, please also let us know in advance.
Getting There
Traveling on I-90, take exit 33. proceed to the 4-way intersection just north of the interstate ( blinking red light). Turn left (west) and proceed approx. 1/10 of a mile. Take the first left, which is Little River Lane, The road will dog-leg to the right and we are 1 /4 mile down the road. The road will dead-end in my parking lot. Large yellow sign will proclaim ‘MOTEL’
Please be aware, we are not the group of cabins at the corner. They are private apartments.
Coming south on Hwy 135, you would turn right (west) at the intersection. You would then follow the same directions.

Terms and Conditions
• No pre-payment is required but rooms are to be paid by check-in.
• Credit cards will be charged by 10:00am day of check-in, and must have full account number, expiration date, and security code.
• If you prefer to pay cash, please notify office at the time the reservation is made, and have exact change. Office does not keep cash on premises.
• Pets are welcome, however; there is a charge of $15 for the first 2 pets, then $15 for each additional pet, Cats are $20
• 2 Day Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 2 days of arrival.
